Does physical strength matter?

I think it does.

I used to think mental strength was enough.

Then I worked in logistics, was physically weak, and could barely move things properly.

I thought: if someone I love needs me to physically lift them and take them to a hospital, and I can't, my feelings alone won't save them.

Protecting someone isn't only an emotion. Sometimes love actually needs muscle.
