Is there anyone you hate?

Yes. Of course there is. I'm human. But I don't want to hand all of my time over to hating someone. For me, the kind of happiness I want doesn't grow out of hatred. That doesn't mean I have to force myself to forgive everybody either. Sometimes I just try to make the hatred a little smaller inside me. That's what I do.
